Suzanne Germano NPC National Level Bodybuilder
I have been working with Jeremy since Nov. 2006. After my 2006 season I found that I was struggling just to maintain my weight, I was eating less and working more then I ever had and I began to dread the gym. My passion for weight training was gone. My husband, Chase, started training with Jeremy in Sept, 2006 and was extremely happy so at the end of Nov. 2006 I contacted Jeremy and embarked on what has been just amazing in terms of physique changes and mental changes and bringing back the love and passion to my training.
As soon as I began with Jeremy my body started to respond. I made huge improvements particularly in my back. At first we were prepping me to do figure at Jr Nationals June 2007 but while I was in Oklahoma to train Jeremy suggested I switch back to bodybuilding just 7 weeks out form my show. I took his advice and good not be happier! I can lift hard the way I love to and the passion is back.
At Jr Nationals I discovered one of Jeremy’s true gifts, which is final couple days prep for a show. He is so individual which each person and can look at you and know what to do with your food, water etc I had competed 9 times before but this was the very first time I was truly relaxed and just trusted that Jeremy would have me looking my absolute best. It was by far my most enjoyable competition to date.
I have trained in person with Jeremy several times and he can take your training far beyond what you believed you could ever do. He knows just how much to push that you are just about to break. He helps you dig deep to go harder and to believe in yourself that you have it in you.
Jeremy really cares about each of his clients. He doesn’t only care about how you look on stage but how your body responds after the competition. He wants to be sure to keep your metabolism going strong. And that you make continued progress in the off-season. I have seen amazing changes in my physique and can’t wait to see what we unveil in my next competition.
Jeremy has a passion to challenge each person to work their hardest, to achieve the goals and to dig deep and become a stronger person and he will give you his all to achieve that.
