Sandi Stuart, NPC National Level Fitness

I would highly reccomend Jeremy Minihan as a trainer to anyone who has a serious desire to change their body. He took me from last place in the physique rounds at 2005 NPC Nationals to winning the 1 pc round at the 2006 Jr USA...pretty amazing considering those shows were less than 5 months apart! In addition, he always answered my questions with science-based replies...never "because I'm the trainer and I said so."

What amazes me is how different all his plans are for his clients. I have never seen him do the 'cookie cutter' diet/prep that many trainers utilize. He really does put a lot of time and effort into each and every individual client. In addition, I can also say that I have had the pleasure of training one-on-one with him in Oklahoma City, and never once did I NOT go home sore!
