Roland Huff IFBB Pro Bodybuilder

After competing at the nationals in Atlanta in 2001 and getting my butt handed to me. I decided that it was time to get serious ( so I thought). Up to the nationals I was what they called a trophy gather. I was winning in OK,TX and MO. And no one could tell me that I wasn't on my way to becoming a Pro.After almost not making the cut at the nationals I trained harder then ever and manage to win my class at the JR Nationals the next year. It was there that I new that I had to get even better if I wanted to become an IFBB PRO because those guys were NO JOKE.

It was there that I was introduced to a trainer but instantly new that he was not for me. About 30 minutes later I was introduced to a trainer where the sense of accomplishment was IMMEDIATE. This trainer was Jeremy Minihan. He had a client on stage that looked awesome. From that moment on we begin working together.

Being a trainer myself, you quickly learn that a good leader knows when to follow and even if you are an excellent trainer, you don't know everything. By 2005 I was back in Atlanta and earned my IFBB PRO CARD .Training with Jeremy has been one of the most eewarding experiences of my life. As his moto states "ALL IT TAKES IS ALL YOU GOT" and he will not expect or accept anything less.

As we travel this IFBB road I continue to make improvements beyond my wildest dreams. Jeremy is honest,well experienced,and totally dedicated to helping you become the best that you can be. WARNING :he is not the trainer for the weak of heart. Jeremy will always be my trainer because he is truly the TRAINER OF THE PRO'S. "Take the challenge."
