- We create custom plans for clients taking in to account their work schedule, food preferences, allergies, routines, goals, and current conditioning. It is a very thorough process and takes time.
- We provide meal plans that we adjust as necessary, structured cardio workout plans, weight lifting routines, and supplement plans.
- For a three month transformation we charge clients $900 which includes all of the above and one hour training session every other week.
- The start up fee is $450 which includes the first month and its $225 for months two and three.
- For a six month transformation we charge $1,500 which also includes all of the above and one training session every other week.
- This is our most popular package. We are able to teach you the techniques and skills which will ultimately help you maintain the weight loss and prevent you from gaining the weight back once the program is completed.
- The start up fee for the six month program is $500 which includes the first month and then it is $200 each month after.
- If you would like to train additional times per week we offer a discounted rate of $40per session (compared to our normal rate of $65) when you are enrolled in the three or six month transformation program.
- As we stated earlier, all of your meals will be written down exactly as you will eat them and in the measurements and weights you need to consume.
- Your workouts will also be extremely specific. You will not have to worry about which body parts to train or in what order or what times and quantities you'd eat your meals.
- You will be asked to send a before photo and monthly progress photos and text your weight to us on Mondays and Thursdays. Upon beginning we will take your starting measurements and weight to track your progress. You will submit daily logs describing your food, activities, and exercise programs each night to make sure we are on track. We communicate with ALL of our clients nearly everyday!
