Men's Bodybuilding
Jeremy has helped numerous bodybuilders with contest dieting, posing, and off-season muscle building. He offers 2 training programs for bodybuilders who are competing or who want to build more muscle in the off-season. Each program is tailored to suit your specific body, goals, and your lifestyle. Jeremy will request you to send pictures weekly so he can monitor your progress. He will contact you weekly by phone and/or email to make any necessary changes so that you come in at optimal shape for your bodybuilding competition.
- 12 week Bodybuilding Training - $1500.00/payable by $500.00 per month
- 1 year Bodybuilding Training - $2400.00 / payable by $200.00 per month
*All prices subject to change depending on individual needs and contract.
Each plan includes:
- One on One personal training sessions with Jeremy*
- Comprehensive diet plan (modified as needed)
- Complete workout plan
- Cardio schedule & cardio programs
- Supplement schedule
- Posing Coaching
- Weekly phone consultations
- Unlimited email support
Additional fees are applicable if you wish Jeremy to attend your fitness/figure competition and assist you at the show.
*Personal training sessions with Jeremy are to be conducted in Oklahoma City. Travel and lodging will be incurred at your expense
