Lisa Morton, IFBB Pro Figure

Hi, I am IFBB pro figure competitor Lisa Morton. I have been competing in figure competitions since 2003. I competed for about 2 years before meeting Jeremy. I will admit I was hesitant about working with him at first. I had no idea who he was and I had been in charge of my own pre-contest preparations. It was a little scary putting all that trust into a stranger. I decided to go for it and put everything in his hands. It was the best decision I could have made for my competitive career. He knows his stuff! I earned my pro card the very next show after we started working together. Not only does he do amazing things with my physique, he makes me feel like I am his only client. He’s not only the best trainer but a great friend as well. Oh, and he poses better than any competitor I know.

If you are someone who only wants to hear positive feedback and can’t take sometimes harsh criticism…Be warned!! You are not going to hear many, if any, compliments. If you ever do hear a compliment from him, you know you’ve done something amazing. It’s perfectly normal to faint after a compliment ? If you have any hesitations about working with Jeremy, Don’t! He will be there with you and for you from start to finish. He will take your competitive career to a whole new level.
