Kasey Watts, IFBB Pro Fitness

My name is Kasey Watts-McSwane I met Jeremy in 2001 and started working out for fun. I went to the Red River Classic to cheer on Jeremy’s friend. I then decided I wanted to try fitness. As a cheerleader at Rose State College, this was right up my ally. In 2002 I decided to do my first ever fitness show, The Red River Classic, placing 2nd, qualifying for NPC Nationals. Jeremy & I decided to go for it. I then went on to place 3rd at the NPC Nationals in Dallas, TX, missing my pro-card by 1 pt. At 19 turning 20, I then set my goal to become the youngest fitness competitor to ever become pro. with Jeremy in my corner that goal was very easy to overcome. In 2003 I won Ms. Fitness Oklahoma, and then went on to win USA Nationals in Las Vegas accomplishing that goal. Shortly after I signed with GNC.

Jeremy is a wonderful person. He really cares about his clients, they are all equal no matter what your goal, and he will help you accomplish it. Thank you Jeremy for all we accomplished together. It was a tough road, not always easy but he stood beside me and helped me through the toughest of times. I would not trade my experience for anything. All though not competing with my busy life now as a mother, I know if I ever need any tips I can contact my life long friend Jeremy. To all new competitors or clients, the sky is the limit and “All It Takes Is All You Got”.
